About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for an Engagement Coordinator to work within our Engagement team, coordinating, driving and facilitating a variety of engagement initiatives, across the enterprise, as we continue our organizational transformation.
You will enjoy interacting with diverse & senior stakeholders and possess the communication and relationship skills to thrive in a fast paced and complex projects environment.
The Engagement Coordinator supports the implementation of Scope's engagement and listening approach by coordinating activities, maintaining systems and processes, supporting reporting and insights, and enabling effective information flow across the organisation.
The role plays a key enabling function across the Change & Engagement team, providing flexible support to deliver engagement, listening, leadership communication and change initiatives.

Your Key Focus
Your tasks will include:
- Coordinate enterprise‑wide engagement initiatives, providing logistical, communications and coordination support, and tracking key activities to support effective delivery.
- Maintain engagement calendars, coordination plans and artefacts to provide visibility of engagement activity and support sequencing across the organisation.
- Support mobilisation and maintenance of forums, rhythms and mechanisms that enable effective engagement across Frontline and Enabling Services
- Provide coordination and administrative support across the Change & Engagement team to enable the delivery of planned enterprise and tactical activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline coordination processes, improve templates and strengthen engagement systems and tools.
- Capture feedback from stakeholders and team members to inform continuous improvement of engagement practices.
What We Look For
We will value your :
- Strong coordination and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience supporting engagement, communications or learning initiatives.
- Exposure to survey or feedback tools (e.g. Forms, Culture Amp, Qualtrics).
- Experience using digital collaboration, project management or workflow tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Monday.com or similar platforms).
- Interest in organisational development and employee engagement
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
