Print Production Assistant (with Basic Design Skills)

Important Note before applying: This role is 70% machine operation/production and 30% graphic handling. If you are looking for a pure office-based, creative graphic design role, this will not be the right fit. We are looking for a hands-on individual who doesn't mind working in a print shop environment.
The Role:
- Operate and manage DTF (Direct to Film) printers and heat press machines for garment printing.
- Perform daily printer cleaning, maintenance, and ink management.
- Modify, fix, and prepare customer graphic designs to meet print-ready specifications (e.g., background removal, vectorizing, resizing, gang-run setup).
- Assist with finishing, packing, and general sign/garment manufacturing duties.
Qualifications:
- Experience or good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a production line.
- Comfortable with physical tasks (handling printer consumables, heat pressing, standing for periods).
- Great attitude, eager to learn, and reliable.
