Proven technical and application knowledge of communications technology environments with an ability to recommend effective solutions and strategies to decision makers, influencing policy and ensuring seamless service integration and transition.
Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of the major trends, strategic directions and legislative and governance frameworks within the ICT environment with a proven ability to gain strong stakeholder support and communicate the program's value, aligning service integration with business requirements.
Well-developed leadership skills and the proven ability to manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise work, meet operational deadlines and foster a collaborative environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
Highly developed oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to negotiate with influence and establish positive, strategic partnerships and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
