Maddington Toyota is seeking a customer focused Service Receptionist to join our vibrant and exciting service team.
To be considered, you will excel at providing excellent customer service and continuously maximising guest satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our guests.
YOU:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the service department, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.

Act as the first point of contact for guests, answering phone calls and addressing enquiries regarding service appointments, vehicle repairs, and general service-related questions.

Collect and record accurate guest information, vehicle details, and service requests to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.

Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
