Position Descriptor:
The Deputy Principal will:
Lead whole school improvement including engaging staff fully with the SLP and addressing school priorities in particular - mathematics.
Collaboratively lead and engage staff in the continual improvement cycle.
Work in collaboration with the leadership team to develop, support and implement the Site Learning Plan and Positive Behaviour Agreement practices.
Assist in the smooth management of the school including managing daily operations, schedules, timetables, rosters, and induction processes.
Work collaboratively with the whole school community and share responsibility for student behaviour education and staff performance and development processes.
Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
