Job Summary
Lead supply operations across multiple mining sites, ensuring critical materials are available safely, efficiently, and on time to keep production moving. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive safety, build high-performing teams, and deliver real operational impact every day.
Job Statement
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent Supply to provide strategic leadership across warehouse, materials management, inventory, and logistics functions supporting mining operations. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team and play a critical role in ensuring materials are available safely, efficiently, and cost effectively to support production, maintenance, and shutdown activities.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations teams, you will drive safety, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and workforce capability across multiple sites.
The Opportunity:
- Lead warehouse, inventory, and materials management activities across multiple operations to support production and maintenance outcomes
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS, site, and statutory requirements
- Foster an inclusive, accountable, and high-performing team environment
- Oversee warehouse infrastructure, storage systems, traffic management, and housekeeping standards
- Ensure the availability and integrity of critical spares, consumables, and operational materials
- Manage inventory performance including stock optimisation, transaction accuracy, audits, and reconciliations within Pronto
- Lead workforce planning, team development, performance management, and capability building initiatives
- Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across systems and operations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory investment planning
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance outcomes
- Manage logistics and warehousing service delivery and stakeholder relationships
Lead investigations, corrective actions, and audit activities to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness

We’re excited to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience in a senior supply, warehouse, or materials management role within mining or heavy industry
- Demonstrated leadership experience leading frontline teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally Pronto
- Current C Class (Manual) Driver’s Licence
