About the role:
You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in a childcare center, including bathrooms, play areas, classrooms, offices areas. This role involves adhering to a set schedule, regularly reporting your progress to the supervisor, and complete the sign-in and sign-out process. The position requires work Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
· Perform general cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
· Clean and sanitise toilets.
· Collect and dispose of rubbish.
· Maintain the cleanliness of the environment.
· Respond to both scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning requests.
Requirements for the Role:
· Right to Work in Australia: Must have legal authorisation to work in Australia.
· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
· Reliability: Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work independently.
· Communication Skills: Good communication skills to report progress and respond to requests.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
