About the Role
As a Cargo Crew team member, you will play a key role in supporting day-today freight operations. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll assist with the safe handling, movement, and processing of cargo while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
Service Delivery
- Perform basic freight handling and operational tasks
- Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of freight
- Operate non-airside equipment (non-aircraft AAF only)
- Support higher-level operators in daily operations
- Participate in training and development programs
- Use basic communication and computer systems
Standards, Compliance and Safety
- Follow all company safety procedures and instructions
- Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
- Report hazards and incidents promptly
- Work under supervision to ensure safe task completion

Important Information
This is a physical, shift-based role operating across a 24/7 roster. Shifts include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
To be successful, you must be able to:
- Perform repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks
- Drive airside vehicles and operate ground support equipment safely
- Hold and maintain a valid Australian Driver Licence
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Previous aviation or ground handling experience is desirable but not essential.
