Experienced Café All Rounder
We are looking for an experienced Café All Rounder to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months café, restaurant or hospitality experience
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently during busy service periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Weekend availability is essential
- Fluent English preferred
Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Delivering food and beverages
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Assisting other team members wherever required
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
