Trainer and Assessor Opportunities – Melbourne & Darwin
ECB Training Service is seeking experienced and passionate Trainers and Assessors to join our team in Melbourne and Darwin. We are looking for industry professionals with strong vocational expertise who are committed to delivering high-quality education and supporting students to achieve their career goals.
We are seeking Trainers and Assessors with experience delivering training and assessment in the following areas:
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
- BSB50420 Diploma in Work Health and Safety
- BSB30120 Certificate III in Business Administration
- High Risk Work training
- Dogman (DG)
- C6 Crane Operations and related units
- Telehandler
- HP Hoist (personnel and materials) operation licence
- RB Basic rigging licence
- Civil Construction qualifications including:
- RII30920 Certificate III in Civil Construction
- RII30820 Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
- RII40720 Certificate IV in Civil Construction
About the Role
As a Trainer and Assessor with ECB, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant, and industry-relevant training to a diverse range of learners. You will play a key role in developing the skills and knowledge required for students to succeed in the construction, safety, and industry sectors.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant vocational qualifications and extensive industry experience in your training area
- Demonstrated experience as a Trainer and Assessor within the education and training sector
- Strong subject matter expertise and a proven ability to deliver high-quality training and assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support learners from diverse backgrounds
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to training delivery
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with ASQA and regulatory requirements
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry practices and training standards
