In this role, you'll:
- This role will see you lead strategic rail freight planning across NSW, shaping future network priorities and investment pathways within an end-to-end supply chain context.
- You will provide expert leadership translating strategy into actionable plans and Gate 0 initiatives in a complex, multidisciplinary and matrixed planning environment.
- You will deliver evidence-based plans, advice and stakeholder engagement to support integrated transport outcomes, improved productivity and customer-focused rail freight services.

About you
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, with demonstrated expertise across transport policy, services or planning.
- You’re recognised as a credible strategic leader, skilled at influencing stakeholders, negotiating outcomes and embedding evidence-based planning approaches.
- You bring experience in transport planning or freight strategy to achieve integrated network outcomes, informed decision-making and improved supply chain performance.
