Our store offers a variety of fresh grab & go food options including sandwiches, hot meals, cakes, pastries, and snacks, alongside a range of grocery and convenience items. With the upcoming opening of the Star Casino and nearby apartments, we are anticipating significant growth in the coming few months.

The Role
A casual/part-time position offering 15-25 hours per week.
As a sales assistant, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers. We mainly deal with regular customers, so customer experience and building relationships is a top priority.
- Organize and stock inventory from over 40 suppliers.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and stock rotation standards.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and tidy.
- Stock drinks in the cool room.
- Perform daily date checks and apply markdowns on products.
- Independently close the store when working the closing shift.
- Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in the store.
About you
- Aged 18+
- Previous experience in retail (experience in grocery, convenience, or fast-food is desirable).
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in handling cash accurately.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
