About the Role
You'll be the right hand to our Employment Law Partners - a high-performing and passionate team delivering workplace relations, industrial relations and WHS advice to clients across aged care, retail, hospitality and construction.
This is a broad, senior-level Legal PA role where no two days look the same. You'll be trusted to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight, represent the Partners professionally at every touchpoint, and keep the engine running behind the scenes.
Day to day, you'll be across:
- All manner of administrative support including diary and email management - filtering, prioritising and acting with good judgement
- Client communications and relationship management, including liaison for meetings and events
- Document formatting, file management and preparation of cost agreements, proposals and service documents
- Monthly billing coordination via ActionStep
- Travel and expense management
- Event support - both internal and external
- CRM management (Salesforce) and general administrative support across the Law team
About You
You're an
experienced Legal PA who doesn't need to be told twice. You anticipate what's needed, communicate with confidence at every level, and take genuine pride in the quality of your work.
You'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience as a Legal PA, ideally in employment or workplace law
- Proven diary and email management at Partner or senior leadership level
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - you're the person who spots the problem before it becomes one
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce or ActionStep experience is a bonus
