The role:
We’re looking for a full-time Program Coordinator to join our Organisational Development team in Crown Melbourne, to help us create impactful learning experiences for our people that support growth and help team members to thrive. You’ll form part of the Culture & Capability team where you’ll play a front-facing role in ensuring our people have seamless, positive learning experiences from the start of their career journey at Crown and throughout the employee lifecycle.
This is an exciting role where you’ll coordinate a wide range of learning activities and broader capability initiatives, including the delivery of enterprise and property-specific programs, whilst collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across our People & Culture function. If you’re experienced in high-volume operational environments, passionate about people, culture and learning, and looking for a chance to step into organisational development - this could be your opportunity!
You’ll be:
Coordinating and supporting program deployment such as Employee Inductions, Service Excellence training and leadership initiatives
A key point of contact for learning enquiries, resolving or escalating issues where needed
Managing end-to-end logistics for learning events, including set up/pack down of venues and ensuring event readiness and material preparation
Maintaining accurate employee learning records, managing attendance, rescheduling and reporting on overall program outcomes
Partnering with internal stakeholders and other Program Coordinators to deliver consistent, high quality learning experiences
Participating in property activations and initiatives to enhance culture, inclusion and organisational priorities
Applying effective systems, processes and compliance standards to ensure delivery of programs are well-governed and compliant
You’ll bring:
Demonstrated experience in coordinating learning programs in an operational environment
A customer-oriented mindset and a passion for employee experience, learning and engagement
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Confidence working with systems and technology (Microsoft office, and learning platforms – Workday is advantageous)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while taking ownership and accountability for outcomes
