Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining bins (skip bins, hook lift bins, etc.)
- General yard duties and housekeeping
- Assisting with equipment operation as required
- Working collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations
Following all site safety procedures and requirements

- No experience required – full training provided
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Able to start early (5:00AM shifts)
- Safety-focused with good attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude

This role offers more than just a starting point. With new equipment being introduced in the coming months—including a paper shredder and autoclave machine—you’ll have the opportunity to upskill and progress into more advanced operational duties.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn. You’ll be comfortable in a physical, hands-on role, take direction well, and maintain a strong focus on safety. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team are key to success in this position.
