About Our Centre
Hatchlings Early Learning – Rochedale is a privately owned centre providing care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years in a nurturing, family-oriented environment. Our play-based programs, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, support each child’s growth and development. We foster strong connections with families and create a warm, supportive space where children feel confident and inspired. Hatchlings is dedicated to helping every child reach their potential while building a sense of community and belonging.
Role Requirements
We are looking for a fully qualified ECT Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team, within our Rochedale Campus. The successful candidate will need:
- a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- a current and valid Working with Children Check
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
- an ability to interpret curriculum documents
- effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of a kindergarten program.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
