About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to assist in leading our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Handling guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Maintaining quality assurance and service standards
- Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
- Managing shifts and staff rosters
- Overseeing POS and cashier functions
- Supporting the wider management team as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years’ hospitality experience
Relevant qualifications, minimum Certificate IV
Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Sound knowledge of food safety standards
Strong understanding of food and beverage service and products
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to perform in a busy environment
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Permanent working rights in Australia or the ability to work long-term
