Reporting to the Senior Network Operations Manager, you’ll support capacity planning across Coles’ online delivery network, helping ensure our delivery windows, locations, fleet and operational inputs are ready to meet customer demand.
You’ll play an important role in translating demand forecasts into practical capacity plans, monitoring performance and supporting day-to-day adjustments across the network.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with data, planning rhythms and operational teams to improve delivery availability, utilisation, service reliability and customer outcomes.
What you’ll be doing

Support delivery capacity planning across online delivery windows, locations, fleet, driver supply and peak trading periods.

Translate demand forecasts into practical capacity requirements that support delivery availability and the customer promise.

Maintain capacity schedules, planning files and operational inputs to ensure delivery capacity is accurate and ready for execution.

Monitor demand versus capacity, slot availability, utilisation and service-level performance across the online delivery network.

Prepare capacity reports, dashboards and performance summaries to support operational decision-making.

Work with Customer Experience, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners to coordinate planning inputs, updates and actions.
You’re a detail-oriented planner who enjoys solving operational problems and using data to make better decisions. You’re organised, practical and comfortable working across teams to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll also bring:

Experience in capacity planning, logistics, transport, online fulfilment, supply chain planning, workforce planning or operational scheduling.

Experience working with demand forecasts, capacity plans, schedules, dashboards or operational performance reports.

Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage capacity inputs, schedules and competing operational priorities.

Analytical capability, with confidence interpreting demand, capacity, utilisation and service performance data.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work across operational and support teams.

A relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
