Work across some of the Mornington Peninsula’s most iconic bars: Salt Bar, Front Bar, The Rooftop, Shi Hui Shi, Pool Bar, Lounge Bar and our Lobby Bar.
We’re looking for:
- Experienced bartenders with proven skills in cocktails, beer, and wine service, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Glassies who are eager to learn, will be trained in all aspects of the bar, and have the potential to progress into bartending roles (must be 18+ for this pathway)
Multiple Beverage positions available, with approximately 20hrs per week, over a 7-day rotating roster. Weekend and evening availability is essential.
