A Technical Field Engineer is responsible for supporting desktop computers, laptops, printers, servers, network devices, and other technology equipment used by customers.
Typical Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
Perform onsite repairs and technical maintenance
Support Windows operating systems and enterprise applications
Handle system upgrades, deployments, and equipment replacements
Provide Level 2 or Level 3 technical support when needed
Maintain service tickets and technical documentation
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
Support server rooms, AV equipment, and network-connected devices
Travel to different client locations for onsite technical support
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic to advanced IT troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Windows environments and Office 365
Pay: From $6,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
