The Role: Production Officer

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Working alongside a friendly, cooperative team, your day will involve:
- Safety & Wellbeing: Contributing to a clean, safe, and healthy work environment where team members look out for one another.
- Operations & Logistics: Managing concrete production dispatch, coordinating driver schedules, and organizing smooth transport logistics.
- Inventory & Site Care: Tracking raw material stock, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with general site operations (including equipment operation and handling bagged products).
- Administration: Using computer systems for stock management and dispatch logistics (full software onboarding provided).
Hours & Working Conditions
- Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 am - 4:00 pm (with occasional Saturday shifts during peak project periods).
- Work Environment: An active, hands-on role combining outdoor site work (low level physicality), equipment operation, and office coordination. Full personal protective equipment (PPE) and comprehensive safety protocols are provided to ensure your health and well-being.
