The Role:
We are seeking a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic. Creche Assistant to join our team. The casual position is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood care and confident in supervising children in a fast-paced, gym-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children aged 6 weeks to 12 years
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming creche environment
- Communicate clearly with parents and staff
- Follow safety, sign-in, and hygiene procedures
- Assist in the daily setup and pack-down of the space
About You:
- Must hold a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009)
- Highly regarded - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying towards it)
- Experience working with children (in a creche, day care, or similar setting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
