We are looking for a reliable and motivated Roll Forming Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for setting up and operating roll forming machinery to produce quality metal products safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate roll forming machines according to production requirements.
- Load and feed metal coils/material into the machine.
- Monitor machine operation and product quality.
- Measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Adjust machine settings as required.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organised.
- Complete production records and quality checks.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating roll forming or manufacturing machinery is preferred.
- Mechanical or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Ability to read measurements and follow production drawings/instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Training can be provided to the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
