Cherry Beans Group is currently looking for a motivated food and beverage expert with customer service or management experience to work in Franchise Support team at Head Office ,Rydalmere NSW.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide operational/ maintenance support and compliance for our franchisee across our 47 franchise stores
- Maintain professional and supportive relationship with franchisees
- Represent the Group by understanding, updating and applying our SOP
- Undertake allocated tasks and report to General Manager and senior management
- Organise and set up new store opening
- Evaluate and review stores
- Knowledge on operational support and maintenance issues
- Represent head office and our standards
- Be able to train with confidence on operational and all matters related to operations of our cafes
- Maintain excellent professional attitude and relations with our franchisee
- Able to provide assured solutions to our franchisee and business partner
ABOUT YOU
- Strong, up to date practical skills with customers and partnerships
- Strong front-of-house experience in food, beverage, CS and hospitality management
- Experience with customer relations or service.
- Positive and pro-active attitude
- Task planning, organisation and completion including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Communication and teamwork with stakeholders and clients
- Prepared to travel interstate
- Prepared to work unsupervised but in a dynamic team environment
- Full Driver license required

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
