About the role
As our new Controlled Document Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing V/Line’s controlled document platform, which supports the safe operation and maintenance of the regional rail network and ensures compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will drive best practice in document management, support compliance, and lead the ongoing development, support, and continuous improvement of the platform.
About you
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following key selection criteria within their application, as this forms part of our merit-based recruitment process:
Demonstrated experience successfully working in document control and/or information governance.
Proven experience developing policies, procedures and assurance activities.
Demonstrated experience successfully administrating an electronic document and records management system (EDRMS), or other document control / policy management system.
Established experience successfully working collaboratively within a team and engaging with a variety of stakeholders within an organisation.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and related ISO standards. (Highly desirable)
Tertiary or vocational qualification in Business Administration, document management or a related discipline. (Highly desirable)
Demonstratable knowledge of Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) standards and their application in the Victorian public sector. (Highly desirable)
Salary for this position is commensurate to the successful candidate’s aligned skills and experience to the position.
