We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Manager to lead our warehouse operations. This is not an office-based management role, you'll be working alongside the team while ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, stays calm under pressure, is highly organised, and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the warehouse team.
- Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch stock alongside the team.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
About You
You are:
- A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using computers and inventory management systems.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stock.
- A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and proactive.
- Someone with a good memory who can quickly learn products, warehouse locations, and procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with inventory and stock control.
- Current Driver Licence.
- Full Australian work rights.

Pay: $57,017.96 – $68,000.00 per year
