Why this role matters:
We are seeking an experienced Applications Project Manager to lead the delivery of key enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including our SharePoint and Microsoft 365 transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how technology enables better outcomes across a growing aged care organisation
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Head of IT PMO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of business-critical application projects, ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder engagement, governance, and adoption across the organisation. Working within our PMO, you will help strengthen project delivery capability, embed best-practice governance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, sustainably, and with a strong focus on business outcomes.
This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong project governance experience, and the ability to lead complex business and technology projects across multiple sites. Travel to our sites nationally will be required.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise business application projects, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other strategic technology initiatives.

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, resources and project governance.

Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, change management and user adoption activities.

Manage project scope, deliverables, dependencies and vendor performance.

Oversee business requirements gathering, data migration, integrations and implementation activities.

Prepare project status reports, executive updates and steering committee presentations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, processes, governance and delivery standards.
About You
You are a confident and collaborative project leader who can translate business needs into practical technology solutions. You have a proven track record delivering enterprise application projects and are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Proven experience delivering end-to-end Microsoft 365, SharePoint or enterprise application projects.

Experience managing business system implementations, integrations and data migrations.

Strong project governance, risk management and financial management capability.

Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, outcomes-focused mindset.

A hands-on approach with the confidence to work on-site and tackle technical challenges directly.

Willingness to travel nationally as required
Qualifications
-
Degree qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline.

PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Mandatory Requirements -
Current National Police Check or willing to obtain
