Shop Assistant – Henrys Bakery Cafe Lismore
Job Type: Casual
Pay Rate: $33.19/hour base rate (for ages 20+)
Shifts:
Trading hours 6am - 6pm Monday to Saturday
Shifts available: 2-4 shifts/week
Love a fast-paced start to your day surrounded by the smell of fresh coffee and warm pastries? We’re looking for an energetic Shop Assistant to join our bakery crew for 2-3 shifts per week!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving customers with a smile and providing great customer service
- Operating the register and handling payments accurately
- Packing and presenting fresh bread, pastries, and pies
- Keeping the shop area clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Assisting with coffee orders or sandwich prep as needed
About You
- You’re punctual, reliable, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team
- You bring a positive attitude and enjoy chatting with regular customers
- You can work efficiently during busy periods
- Previous retail, bakery, or café experience is an advantage (but not essential — we’ll train the right person)
