We’re looking for
Casual Front of House Team Members to join one of our fast-paced, fast-casual venues in the heart of
Surfers Paradise.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our Front of House team, you’ll help create a welcoming, fun and memorable experience for every guest.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, efficient service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Serving food and beverages, including alcohol
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Keeping front-of-house areas clean, organised and ready for service
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider venue team
- Helping out wherever needed during busy services
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for people with the right attitude who enjoy working with others and delivering great service.
You’ll ideally bring:
- A friendly, positive and team-focused attitude
- Confidence communicating with guests and teammates
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Reliability and flexibility across a casual roster
- Hospitality or customer service experience is great, but not essential
- A current RSA is essential
