We are looking for a reliable, confident and customer-focused phone operator to join our concrete supply and delivery business.
The role is responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, checking availability with servicing plants, preparing quotes, booking concrete deliveries, processing payments and assisting customers throughout the ordering process.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, can work independently and remains calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. We require a high level of care with orders and a high attention to detail.
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
