Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
In this role, you will own the engine that drives user growth and engagement across Google Photos. You will be the architect of the systems and surfaces that deliver the right experience to the right user. You will be building tools, understanding the users and designing the core interventions that guide them through their entire lifecycle with Photos. You will be unlocking new growth channels for users across the business. You will be connecting technical systems to business outcomes.

- Define the goal, strategy, and roadmap for the systems and experiences that drive user growth, engagement, and business generation.
- Serve as the product leader and partner for the engineering teams, translating problems into a prioritized backlog.
- Partner with other product teams to understand their needs, build the core capabilities that unlock new growth channels for their user, while ensuring a quality experience for users.
- Own the framework for personalization and experimentation that can be leveraged across the Photos app, with a point of view on what experience is served to which person and how order to maximize user value and business impact.
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure the impact of the work on user acquisition, engagement, and business generation, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
