Our client is currently looking for reliable and professional Security Guards to join their team, working across licensed venues, pubs, and clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional security presence at licensed venues
- Monitor patrons and venue activity
- Assist with entry and exit control
- Conduct ID checks where required
- Support responsible service of alcohol requirements
- Assist with crowd control and conflict de-escalation
- Respond to incidents and report safety or security concerns
- Complete incident reports when required
- Follow venue procedures and client instructions
- Maintain professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Valid Security Licence
- Experience working in licensed venues, pubs, or clubs preferred
- Current First Aid Certificate preferred
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments
- Availability to work nights and weekends
