About the Opportunity
Warialda Multi-Purpose Service is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our small, friendly and supportive team, providing care across a diverse clinical environment including the Emergency Department, Inpatient Unit and Residential Aged Care. Reporting to the Health Service Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your clinical skills, make a meaningful impact within a close-knit community, and enjoy the variety, autonomy and professional satisfaction that rural nursing offers. Whether you are an experienced Emergency Department nurse or looking to develop your skills in this area, you will be well supported through comprehensive mentoring, supervision and education. Ongoing professional development opportunities are available through online learning, face-to-face training, visiting educators and experienced senior staff, ensuring you have the support needed to grow your career and reach your full potential. About You
As an RN, you will be a valued member of a close-knit rural healthcare team, delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care across a diverse clinical environment. You will enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and embracing the variety and opportunities that rural nursing offers.
You will have:
✅ Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
✅ Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
✅ The ability to adapt and provide care across the Emergency Department, Inpatient Unit and Residential Aged Care.
✅ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care.
✅ Emergency Department experience (desirable but not essential).

All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions.
