Disability Support Worker | Community Access Support | Kingsford NSW
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills.
- Assisting with social and recreational activities.
- Implementing and monitoring practices that promote a healthier lifestyle.
- Empowering participants to achieve their personal goals.
- This role involves working with participants with a range of needs, including both low-level support and complex care. Some participants may require assistance with medication prompts, while others may exhibit complex behaviours.
About You:
- Professional, empathetic, and skilled in behavioural support
- Experienced in disability or community care
- Flexible and available multiple days per week
- Driver’s licence and car insurance
- Experienced in medication administration
Required:
- First Aid Certification
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Australian work rights
Job Types: Casual, Contract
Pay: $32.00 – $43.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Long Hours Possible

- Kingsford, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
