About the Role
Serena Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable female Support Worker (participant preference) to assist a middle-aged female participant recovering from a back injury and surgery. The participant requires ongoing rehab support, companionship, and household assistance.

Shifts Available
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 am to 09:30 am, 3pm to 06:00 pm
- Saturday : 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Additional hours may be available once staff settles in
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following care routines as directed
- Light household tasks (dusting, kitchen cleaning)
- Driving to the appointment (Full Driving License is mandatory)
About You
- Female support worker (participant preference)
- Experience in disability, rehab, or trauma care preferred
- Kind, patient, and supportive approach
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- NDIS Worker Screening & current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
