Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business clients to drive revenue and long-term relationships.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell FX risk management and international payment solutions.

Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive account management and regular communication.

Convert inbound and outbound sales opportunities into active customers.

Collaborate with your manager to develop strategies that increase client engagement and repeat business.

Understand each client's business needs and recommend tailored FX and payment solutions.

Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity within the CRM system.

Support marketing and sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities.

Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and key performance indicators.

Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive and commercially driven approach to sales.

Confidence engaging with business owners, Directors, CFOs, and senior decision-makers.

Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.

Knowledge of foreign exchange, international payments, or financial markets is beneficial but not required—full training will be provided.
