About the Role:
Can you bring together people, data and expertise to drive better healthcare outcomes?
The Business Intelligence Team is seeking a motivated and collaborative professional to join the team as the Director of Data Partnerships.
In this role, you will lead and manage a small team while providing subject matter expertise to strengthen data literacy and governance practices, empowering stakeholders users to confidently manage and use data in line with organisational policies and custodianship obligations.
You will also work collaboratively across the health system to embed benchmarking into information products which support the delivery of safe and high-quality health services.
The successful candidate will be personable and have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, be a strategic thinker, and have experience working within a health setting. Experience with the Digital Health Record would be advantageous. You will also thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities while working effectively under pressure.
