About The Role
This is a 12 month Maximum-Term Maternity relief position. There is an opportunity for this position to be available on a Part-Time basis.
This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who has the drive for a career within the mining services industry who is passionate about positive, impactful change. You will be motivated to working to high standards, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve/multi-task. Your tenacity will ensure that you are proactive in your approach, and you'll enjoy working at a fast pace with the variety this role provides you.
As our Human Resources Business Partner, you will be working in a generalist capacity and will provide an extensive range of HR services to a range of stakeholders across the Mount Pleasant Operation. Working closely with, and supporting the HR team, these services include workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, conflict resolution and policy and legislative framework interpretation.
No day will be the same however you will be required to:
- Implement strategic people related activities and programs
- Assist with Employee Relations matters (including conducting investigations)
- Assist with the development of position descriptions, employment contracts and associated documents, policies, and procedures, and learning materials
- Researching and providing recommendations for a variety of HR related initiatives or issues
- Providing support in the interpretation of multiple legislative framework and industrial instruments
- General HR administration
About you
Previous experience in an HR related field will be highly desirable to show you have gained significant experience within operational HR roles including business partnering to leaders on annual cycle activities and providing employee relations advice and support.
You have experience working and supporting multiple stakeholders within the business, on strategies to motivate, engage and positively manage employee performance. In addition to previously demonstrating experience using data and analytics to make informed decisions.
