We're growing our Events team and are looking for confident, socially outgoing people to represent our brand across Perth shopping centres, expos, and major public events.
If you're shy, uncomfortable approaching strangers, or prefer low-interaction work, this role likely won't be the right fit.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Approaching shoppers and event attendees confidently
- Creating engaging conversations in high-traffic environments
- Explaining our solar solutions clearly and professionally
- Booking qualified appointments for our sales team
- Working with a motivated, competitive, high-energy team
Shifts Available:
- Casual shifts available 7 days a week.
- Must be available for at least 2-3 full days, including one weekend day.
- Opportunity to step into part-time or full-time roles based on performance, reliability, and availability.

- Sales, events, promotions, door knocking, retail, hospitality experience is beneficial – but personality and attitude matter most
- Drivers licence and own vehicle highly regarded
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have Australian work rights
Experienced Team Leaders / 2ICs Encouraged to Apply
We are also interested in speaking with applicants who have previous experience in:
- Team Leader / 2IC Roles - Particularly in Event/Promo/Door Knocker environments
For the right person, there may be an opportunity for a hybrid role combining:
- Personal lead generation performance
- Team support and leadership responsibilities
