We are seeking a reliable, confident and customer-service-driven Customer Service Attendant to join our retail fuel team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable working independently, and takes pride in keeping the store running smoothly. As these are solo closing shifts, you’ll need to be trustworthy, responsible and confident following procedures without a team member alongside you.
Position Details
- Employment type: Casual
- Shifts: 11am-6pm, 5pm-9pm
- Availability: 2-3 shifts per week, weekend availability required
Pay Rates (20+)
- Weekday: $36.85 per hour
- Weekend: $48.07 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
- Operate POS systems accurately, including fuel and retail transactions.
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions in line with company procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the console, forecourt and retail areas.
- Complete closing procedures accurately and securely.
- Follow all safety, security and workplace procedures.
- Work independently and make sound decisions when required.
- Ensure the store is secure, clean and ready for the next team member at the end of your shift.
