This is a permanent part-time position of 30 hours per week. The hours may be worked over four full days or spread across five shorter days, depending on the successful applicant and business needs. As Edmiston Jones continues to grow, there is potential for the role to increase to full-time in the future. Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support across the practice.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries.
- Prepare, format and collate documents.
- General office administration and document management.
- Assist with invoicing and administrative finance tasks.
- Support marketing, events and staff initiatives.
- Coordinate training, travel and office supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support continuous improvement of office systems and processes.
- 2–3 years’ administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Friendly and supportive culture.

- Flexible 30-hour week (4 days or reduced hours over 5 days).
