We are currently looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Subcontractor to join the team for immediate and ongoing projects. --- The Role You will be working on premium residential sites handling precise internal and external caulking. Your day-to-day will include: * Prepping joints (meticulous cleaning, taping, and backing rod installation). * Applying high-quality silicone, polyurethane, and specialty sealants. * Working on high-end finishes, including expansion joints, luxury wet areas (bathrooms/kitchens), premium brickwork, and flooring. * Maintaining a spotless and safe work environment
Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
