Facadez Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our growing aluminium window, door and façade business based in Silverwater, NSW.
We specialise in commercial and high-end residential glazing packages, including aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts, louvres, battens, curved framing, architectural glazing and custom façade solutions.
This role would suit someone with experience in aluminium window and door estimating, production coordination, factory scheduling or project support.
About the Role
The successful applicant will assist with estimating, project coordination, production preparation and general job tracking from tender stage through to fabrication and installation.
The role will include:
- Preparing estimates and material take-offs for aluminium windows, doors and glazing packages
- Using LogiKal software for estimating, pricing, material orders and production information
- Assisting with project coordination from tender through to delivery
- Preparing production paperwork and assisting with factory scheduling
- Liaising with suppliers, builders, installers and internal factory staff
- Reviewing drawings, schedules and specifications
- Assisting with material ordering and job tracking
- Supporting the factory and installation teams with clear project information
Required Experience
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience using LogiKal software
- Experience in aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts, façades or architectural glazing
- Ability to read architectural drawings and window/door schedules
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at different stages
- Good computer skills and confidence working with spreadsheets, emails and job files
Advantageous Skills
The following would be highly regarded:
- Ability to use CAD tools for basic drawing, mark-ups or fabrication details
- Previous production coordination or factory scheduling experience
- Understanding of aluminium window and door fabrication
- Experience preparing material lists, cutting lists or production packs
- Knowledge of commercial glazing systems, louvres, battens or façade packages

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
