We are seeking a Transformation Manager to support the delivery of workforce and operational transformation initiatives across Central Operations. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to help design, test and implement operating model improvements, capability initiatives and digital workforce solutions that enhance team and customer outcomes. You will contribute to transformation programs by translating insights into practical operational solutions while supporting governance, reporting and change adoption activities.
A key focus of this role will be owning the relationship with our Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) technology partner, ensuring the platform continues to deliver value across our store network. You will act as the business product owner for ESL capability, working with stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver innovative use cases that improve team productivity, operational efficiency and the customer experience.

Work alongside our Senior Transformation Managers to support initiatives within our Future Stores Program.

Own the business relationship with our Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) vendor, managing ongoing performance, roadmap discussions and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Partner with Operations, Technology, Digital and Commercial teams to identify, prioritise and deliver new ESL use cases and capabilities that create value for stores and customers.

Assist with pilot planning, trial execution and early-life support routines for transformation initiatives and new technology deployments.

Contribute to capability, readiness and adoption activities to embed new ways of working.

Collaborate with Digital, Technology and Operations stakeholders to support workforce tools, simplification programs and product enhancements.

Maintain governance documentation, reporting updates, risk logs and transformation tracking activities.

Gather and communicate operational insights, frontline feedback and improvement opportunities to key stakeholders.
About You and Your Skills
You are an adaptable and analytical professional with experience supporting transformation, operational improvement, technology products or change initiatives within retail, operations or customer-focused environments. You enjoy working across multiple stakeholder groups, are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with delivery, and are passionate about using technology to solve real operational challenges.

Experience supporting transformation, operational improvement, product management or change delivery programs.

Experience managing technology vendors or strategic business partnerships, with the ability to influence roadmaps and outcomes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable opportunities.

Experience identifying, prioritising and delivering business-led technology enhancements or digital products.

Understanding of retail operations, workforce planning, digital enablement or in-store technology solutions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Technology, Customer and Commercial stakeholders.

Exposure to change support activities including readiness, communications, adoption or pilot coordination.
