About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and IT Project Managers to join our growing technology consulting and delivery teams across Australia. The successful candidates will play a critical role in delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs, managing stakeholder engagement, driving Agile delivery practices, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop business process models, user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analysis for new initiatives and system changes.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and release validation.
Agile Delivery & Scrum Management
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritise product backlogs.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Remove delivery impediments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Project & Release Management
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate release planning and deployment activities across multiple teams.
- Conduct release readiness assessments and Go/No-Go reviews.
- Maintain governance standards and reporting for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Engage with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Support organisational change management and business adoption activities.
- Develop communication plans, training materials, and transition strategies.
- Drive collaboration across business, development, architecture, and operations teams.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Release Manager, or related role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in complex enterprise environments.
Desirable Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- SAFe Agilist Certification.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience in global enterprise environments across multiple geographies.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
