Join the Team
As the Program Rostering Manager, you will lead and strengthen workforce rostering practices across the SDPR program, ensuring rostering practices are accurate, compliant and aligned to operational requirements.
As the program's rostering subject matter expert, you will provide expert advice on HealthRoster and rostering practices, oversee workforce utilisation reporting and support continuous improvement of rostering systems, processes and governance frameworks
In this role, you will:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end rostering function
- Provide expert advice on HealthRoster and rostering best practice
- Drive workforce optimisation through roster design, maintenance, evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver reporting and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
- Establish governance frameworks and operating procedures that improve consistency, compliance and workforce management outcomes.
- Build capability across the program by coaching stakeholders and promoting best practice rostering approaches.

About You
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of end-to-end rostering processes, including roster build, maintenance, evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience using HealthRoster in a Healthcare environment (desirable)
- Proven ability to interpret and apply awards, policies and legislation in rostering practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail in high-volume environments.
- Can confidently engage, influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
