This is a hands-on coordination role responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of customer orders, ensuring they are accurate, on time, and delivered as planned.
You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, working closely with internal teams, staying on top of the details, and stepping in to resolve issues before they impact delivery.
- Orders are processed accurately and on time
- Issues are picked up early and resolved quickly
- Deliveries run as planned, with minimal disruption

- Process and manage orders from start to finish
- Ensure accuracy across all order details
- Monitor order progress and resolve issues quickly
Operational Problem Solving
- Identify risks early and act
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep orders on track
- Escalate issues before they impact customers or delivery
Delivery & Logistics Support
- Work closely with warehouse and transport teams
- Help ensure orders are delivered on time and in full
- Adjust plans as priorities shift
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations
- Help align customer requirements with operational capability
Administration & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate systems and records
- Support reporting and identify process improvements
