Cleara Cleaning is a growing commercial and construction cleaning company servicing Melbourne. We work across luxury residential, commercial fitouts, hospitals, retail and large-scale developments. We're building a reliable crew of experienced construction cleaners to deploy across multiple upcoming projects.
What We're Looking For
We need experienced construction cleaners who take pride in their work and know what a proper builder's clean looks like. If you've done sparkle cleans, handover cleans and know the difference between a rough clean and a final clean, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Previous construction cleaning experience (minimum 12 months)
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
- Reliable transport and willingness to travel across Melbourne
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Attention to detail — we clean high-end projects where quality matters
