We're a busy Property Staging company that's been growing in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne for the last 5 years. We're looking for a reliable, physically fit Furniture Removalist to join our team and help deliver, install, and collect staging furniture across Melbourne properties.
The Role
- Load, transport, and unload furniture and decor items between our warehouse and client properties
- Carefully carry furniture up stairs, through tight doorways, and around obstacles without damaging walls or items
- Assemble and position furniture according to staging plans
- Pack down and collect furniture at the end of staging periods
- Maintain and organise the warehouse/storage area
- Perform pre-delivery checks on vehicles and equipment
- Work safely and efficiently, often to tight scheduling windows
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in removals, furniture delivery, or a similar physical role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong physical fitness — this role involves regular heavy lifting and carrying
- A valid driver's licence (required)
- Good attention to detail and care when handling furniture and property
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working early mornings and occasional weekends
- A positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills
