Experienced Barista – Toby's Estate | University of Sydney
Toby's Estate is looking for an experienced Barista to join our busy café located at the University of Sydney, Camperdown.
This is a high-volume specialty coffee café located within a young and energetic university campus. You'll be part of a team of 3 baristas working together to deliver consistently excellent coffee and customer service.
About the Role
- 38+ hours per week

About You
We're looking for an experienced Barista who is confident working in a busy café environment and can maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service.
You'll need:
- Previous professional barista experience – essential
- Strong specialty coffee skills
- Confidence working on an espresso machine during busy service
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability and flexibility
